2.1 Yearly Subscriptions

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for yearly subscription plans. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided that:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
  • You have not exceeded reasonable usage limits during the refund period
  • The refund is not requested for abuse or fraudulent activity
  • You have not previously received a refund for the same account

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Technical issues that prevent service usage
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service outages lasting more than 24 hours
  • Other exceptional circumstances at our discretion

2.3 Free Trial Period

If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied and no refund is necessary. You will retain access to the service until the end of your trial period.

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will prevent future charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank or credit card company instead of following our refund process, we may:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate your account
  • Provide transaction records to your financial institution
  • Dispute the chargeback if we believe it is unwarranted
  • Refuse future service to your account

8. Currency and Exchange Rates
